Ceilings Works – Triple Point

Ceilings Works

House ceilings are one of the most important parts that homeowners care about, as there are now many types and shapes of modern ceilings that differ greatly from the ceilings in old houses.

GYPSUM BOARD

Gypsum board is used for interior finishing of walls and ceilings. The use of gypsum boards is widespread today because installing gypsum ceilings is quick and easy. Gypsum wall panels also create a textured surface suitable for many interior design projects.

Types of gypsum board:

  • Fireproof gypsum board
  • Moisture resistant gypsum board
  • Normal gypsum board

WOODEN CEILINGS

There are three types of wooden ceilings that are used in many roofing works:

1- Wooden ceilings that take the form of straight wooden pieces that appear in the form of wooden veins and are characterized by straightness, which helps to place the ceiling evenly.

2- Double wooden ceilings used in spaces longer than 600 metres.

3- Slanted wooden ceilings used in sloped ceilings.

Regular Ceilings

Traditional roofs are considered the most common and widespread, and are about 8 feet high to accommodate the sizes of regular building materials.

The structure of these ceilings is considered one of the simplest interior decoration structures, yet it is elegant and widely spread due to its use of available basic building materials and ease of construction and maintenance.
